Boys and Girls Club

The Boys & Girls Club of Murray and Whitfield Counties offers after school care at Beaverdale. The program is a supervised environment that offers a variety of educational and fun activities for school age children. The program provides the following services: After School Care, Early Dismissal Days and Summer Camp. All students must have a completed registration form and parent contract on file before attending the program.

ASC students are escorted to the cafeteria by their teachers at the conclusion of each school day. Attendance is taken to make sure each child has arrived safely. If your child will not attend after school, as regularly scheduled, parent should send a transportation note to their teacher or call 706-275-4414. After attendance, all students will be served a nutritious snack provided by the After School Program.

The ASC program ends daily at 6:00 p.m. You must sign your child out everyday. Your child will not be released to you or anyone else unless they have been signed out. For the safety of your child and due to heightened security, your child will not be released to anyone who is not on your registration form. If you need a friend, co-worker, or relative to pick up your child and you know they are not listed on the registration form, call Stephen Parrish at 706-508-8187. The person will be required to show a photo ID. This is for the protection of your child and will be strictly enforced.

We welcome each of you and look forward to serving your family this year.
